Jennifer and Laura come from a wealthy family of Hoteliers. After Jennifer leaves after a row with her father, she returns ten years later after learning of her father's death. It is no surprise to Laura, as Jennifer has always been selfish and greedy. There can only be one reason for Jennifer's return, and that was money! But Laura still welcomes her; she feels guilty that their father disinherited her. Laura gives Jennifer half of everything she has inherited. She takes the baby and goes back to the mansion; to return weeks later to find Laura very weak, but ALIVE; she had been hoping Laura was dead by now. She is furious! Jennifer sets fire to the house.
