I am Kellan Lewis and I am currently serving a twelve year prison sentence. I wrote this book for many reasons but mainly because poetry is a form of therapy for me. I would like to give back to the community and give people an understanding of me, what goes on in my mind and my experience in prison. This book is in no way a scheme for any parole release or any legal processes. I hope that you can read with an open mind, embracing the pure emotion that I put into my work. I have been writing music and poetry for ten years and while incarcerated I chose to use my talent to express the things I was experiencing. Cell 6¿3¿7 was an inspiration from a friend who I give the utmost thanks to.
