Everywhere in daily life symbols, so-called icons, help us to act or react quickly and correctly. In the process of thinking, these aids hardly exist. Here "Design YOUR Thinking" helps, especially the chapters 9 to 17. In these chapters the interested person will find a large number of thinking step icons. These icons - which are easily retrievable in front of the inner eye - should visually remind him of necessary analyses, sensible methods and proven thinking process flows. By applying the methods or considering the clues hidden behind an icon, anyone can significantly improve the chances of their actions. The book also shows how teamwork can be optimized. Furthermore, I explain some basic ideas about the process of decision-making, before describing and analyzing proven techniques of joint project management and tested creativity boosters.
