Having explained three HeartMath breathing exercises, I am now being asked other questions, including "How could we practice these techniques often? Is it possible to write those in a new book at one place? When are you going to create audio books and some video files?"

Well, here are those fundamental HeartMath techniques. To each one Dragana dedicated a chapter hence you can find them and practice easily. Hopefully, multi-media will be available soon.

Dragana's father Djordje Jeremic (1937-2004) graduated at the Faculty of Laws, University of Belgrade, in 1961, number of the degree 5319/1 dated 20.X 1961. Most of his working life was spent with company Beogradelektro which had offices, shops and a warehouse in several places in Belgrade. We have been proud that my late father developed his career in one of the most charming streets in the city, that is in Knez Mihailova Street.

Djordje was fond of violets, too.
