But mainly the book is all about ""seeing good even in bad"" or its more like ""Even a bad day has something good"" And with some thoughts that will always tell you no matter how broken you are, all you need to do is face it, and stand up even if you are falling. The book contains many topics about feelings and relations that we actually are dealing with in our daily lives but are not able to analyze in a proper way.
