Joseph Soloski, a construction contractor in Santa Fe, New Mexico, fell off a ladder and began having Out of Body Experiences. Following the directions in the famous book; 'Journeys Out of the Body' by Robert Monroe, Joe enters a parallel etheric world of Ovvala where there are human-like people and space craft. In Ovvala, Joe encounters an ancient sect of spiritual warriors called the Siddhe. Their leaders Djagda, Isult, Silvaan and Oorden claim to be part of a lineage that is seven thousand years old. They are at war with beings from the Underworld who call themselves Draco. The Draco are emotionally attached to the blood of their Saurian ancestors pooled underground as petroleum. By instigating wars between artificial religions, and weakening human life through a morality of sadness and depleted food, Draconian homosaurs plan to take over Mammalian life. They intend to terrorize humanity by staging a fake extraterrestrial invasion capable of collapsing skyscrapers and imposing global martial law towards a New World Order. But the Siddhe have a means to disempower the Homosaurs. It is called Ixtellar, the Cosmic Yoga of the Imagination. This is an alphabetic code embedded in trees, minerals and human DNA, and long suppressed by the Draco. Ixtellar is the link for humanity with the Multiverse of Galactic Ancestor races from other stars and dimensions; the Lyrans, Pleidians and Arcturians. The Ixtellar code is a language inherent in the very composition of the Universe and is a bridge for humanity out of the 3rd density imprisonment into 4th density of transdimensional etheric technology.
