The second err is when a book only sees one solution and ignores all other possibilities to increase longevity. The Blue Zones book is a fantastic report on a longevity study, but the author ignored several major contributing factors to increasing longevity... This book is different. If you wanted to live a long time wouldn't you want to know what you would eventually die from? You don't need a crystal ball. As it turns out most people die from just a few chronic illnesses. It is those chronic self-inflicted illnesses that are the focus of this notebook. I created this notebook for myself; to house my thoughts and add new discoveries.
