Dr Greg Smith and his wife Beth live in a prestigious neighbourhood in Chelsea but all is not well in their marriage. Beth believes that there is nothing wrong with her and she is concerned that there is something wrong with her husband. There is terrible domestic violence in the marriage and she is struggling to be believed due to the mental health diagnosis.
