After participating in several costly, disappointing, and disturbing organisations and events, which left her feeling confused, disillusioned, and overwhelmed with negative emotions, she unexpectedly met a person who was genuinely able to help her. Quite simply, this person was teaching from the embodied wisdom which had resulted from doing her 'inner' or 'shadow' work. She was able to help Teresa to understand and move beyond the mistakes she had made.
Teresa has written this book in the hope that you might learn from her mistakes and not walk into things quite as blindly as she did, as you continue on your own spiritual journey.
