Those companies that wish to keep their position in the sector have hastened the revision of production process and modern production techniques by paying more attention to R&D activities. This study plays a significant role in favor of giving an effective response to scheduling variable demands in varying production environments. The companies, which are aware of this fact, pay a specific sensitivity to scheduling issue. The aim of this book is to present effective solution approaches for a scheduling problem that have jobs with different number of operations that must be processed on consecutive machines regarding to the machine eligibility and resource restrictions in a flowshop machine environment.
