Elizabeth van der Blank captured personal reflections after moving to Europe and realizing something was off. From there she delved into her own frozen heart using ancestral wisdom, psychology, and facing internal shadows. The reader is presented with questions to face their own existential dilemmas to become more heartfelt in navigating our current society. There is an aim to empower the reader on their own personal transformation journey.
Next to writing transformational poetry, Elizabeth van der Blank is curating and restoring a historic home with her husband and newborn son.
