We must be very mindful to choose positive people who are of value to us, and who contribute to our health and well-being, but also be aware of what you as an individual bring to the table.
The next time you are seated at a table, observe and allow your senses to guide you in deciding who you would like to sit at your table, what you would like served at this table, and most importantly what you can bring to the table.
