Laari is the director and CEO of Youth Education Services of America. He spent over thirteen years in law enforcement with the Virginia Department of Corrections. As a law enforcement officer, he embraced leadership, roles, and responsibility as the hallmark of every citizen. He is a parent and passionate advocate for youth of all levels.
