This paper presents: 1-a concrete example of modular design, using the Value Analysis approach in a concrete case related to the machinery for crushing materials, 2-a modern and original method for optimizing the selection of a manufacturing process for a part, for maximizing its performance and minimizing its cost, to attain the sustainable development objectives, using Value Analysis approach, 3-a modern and original method for optimizing the selection of the material needed to obtain a new product ¿ for maximizing its performance and minimizing its cost ¿ to obtain the sustainable development objectives. From here the name of the book: Three times Value Analysis Consciously or unconsciously, many people, engineers, designers, researchers, business people, politicians, etc., ... believe, think and act according to the principles of Value Analysis.
